Service Delivery Policy
Sajkin Technologies provides software and digital services only. We do not sell or ship any physical goods.
1. How services are delivered
Our services are delivered online. After payment, login access to the software is shared by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp to the registered contact details.
2. Delivery timelines
- Subscription access: activated within 1 working day of payment for an already set-up account.
- Setup and onboarding: completed within the timeline stated in your quote, usually 7–15 working days depending on the number of routes and buses.
- Domain registration: usually within 1 working day of payment, subject to registry processing.
3. Delays
If delivery is delayed beyond the stated timeline, we will inform you and give a revised date. You may cancel and receive a refund as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
